MODULE 3 : GOOGLE CHAT AND MEET

  • Communicating via Google Chat
  • Setting up and conducting meetings with Google Meet
  • Integrating Chat and Meet with other Workspace tools
  • Hands-on Activity: Hosting a virtual meeting

MODULE 4 : GOOGLE DRIVE ESSENTIALS

  • Navigating Google Drive interface
  • Organizing files and folders
  • Sharing and permissions management

MODULE 5 : CREATING AND COLLABORATING WITH GOOGLE DOCS

  • Document creation and formatting
  • Real-time collaboration and commenting

MODULE 6 : ADVANCED FEATURES OF GOOGLE SHEETS

  • Spreadsheet creation and data entry
  • Using formulas and functions

MODULE 7 : ENGAGING PRESENTATIONS WITH GOOGLE SLIDES

MODULE 8 : COLLECTING DATA WITH GOOGLE FORMS

METHODOLOGY

An adult learning approach using a combination of lectures and simulation, exercises, hands-on with close supervision by the trainers, presentation, management games & group discussions
