INTRODUCTION

Time management is not merely a skill; it’s a strategic approach essential for personal and professional success. MODULE 2 : TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ACTIVITIES

  • Differences between functional activities and dysfunctional activities
  • Identifying functional and dysfunctional activities – Pye Chart
  • Prioritizing work activities
  • Setting goals and objectives

MODULE 3 : PLANNING, ORGANIZATION AND SCHEDULING TIME

  • Tools for planning, organizing and scheduling time
  • Setting Deadline
  • Prioritizing Task
  • Time Management Grid

MODULE 4 : PRODUCTIVE MEETINGS

  • Types of meeting and its purposes
  • How to save time on meetings

MODULE 5 : DELEGATION – THE ART OF ENTRUSTINGYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES &  DUTIES TO OTHERS

  • Relationship between responsibilities, authority and accountability
  • Delegation barrier
  • 5W 1H approach of delegation
  • Case study in delegation – The Smart Aleck
  • Managing the world of emotions
