5S plus 1S Housekeeping is an improved method of workplace organization that stresses safety as a crucial and integrated element while simultaneously increasing productivity and efficiency. Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety are the six pillars of workplace excellence that may be implemented with the help of this extensive 2-day workshop. In a variety of work environments, participants will get knowledge on how to create a culture of discipline, visual control, and proactive hazard reduction. • Red tagging method and waste identification

MODULE 3 : S2 – SET IN ORDER (SEITON)

• Organizing tools and materials for efficiency
• Creating shadow boards, labeling, and color codes

MODULE 4 : S3 – SHINE (SEISO)

• Cleaning as inspection
• Preventive maintenance integration
• Establishing Shine schedules and responsibilities

MODULE 5 : S4 – STANDARDIZE (SEIKETSU)
